Chef Abhishek Sharma has imprinted his mark in the food and beverage industry and is the director of Eatlo India. Eatlo India is a visionary platform born out to create a bridge between technical and non-technical people in the field of cooking with a vision to promote food brands and mining talents from India. As an Experienced Chef Consultant, he has become one of the most famous and renowned personalities in the food industry. He has successfully established 157 F & B brands (startups) in Pan India as a Mentor & Brand Consultant.

Along with all this, he also owns a few restaurant brands like Sri Moturam Prasadam and Cook Studio, a Private Party Venue, in Jaipur. He is currently operating Dyore, Akss, Little Italy, Sri Rangam in Jaipur, and 6 more brands in other cities all over India. He was handling the 700 crore project of Omaxe Chowk “Food Court” in Delhi and currenty he is working on 300 crore resort project of Auric in jaipur.

Where he’s bean all his life?

A journey that started with Abhishek Sharma being a crew member in McDonald's to Chef Abhishek Sharma handling major projects for companies like Omaxe, Taj Hotels, Aditya Birla Group and many more, isn’t a smooth one. His path was chaotic, but his zeal to achieve what he dreamt of and his passion for his goal brought him where he is today.
Even though Abhishek Sharma had a knack for pursuing a career in the food industry, he opted BSc for his undergraduate, however along with his studies he joined McDonald's as a crew member in 2001 and after graduation he took up a course in hotel management and administration at Rajasthan University (RU) to complement his passion for the food and beverage industry where he became the gold medalist in his batch.
One or two years into his course, Abhishek Sharma, along with a few of his juniors and seniors, started a new initiative called Chef at your home where they used to cater the private parties. This initiative ended up being a huge success and introduced a whole new world to Abhishek Sharma and created a wonderful network for him.

​He was promoted as the manager of the Mcdonald's branch where he was previously working and got familiar with the basics of the food industry. Then, he moved on to work with Aditya Birla Group after which he was hired as the operational manager for Pv2 Entertainment where he completed a project within 6 months.
April 2008 was the time when Chef Abhishek Sharma stepped in as the professional food and chef consultant as he was hired by one of the biggest brands in India, Omaxe as the Head of Business Development. With Omaxe, he planned and implemented the founding of 23+ clubs, resorts, and food courts under the company's banner. He handled the mall operations in Delhi NCR and Punjab.
He is an F & B professional and principal consultant for establishing new concepts in PAN India, operating hotels & restaurant brands for almost 20 years making him the most awarded chef consultant who has won many awards & recognitions (regional and national level) in the hospitality industry.
Alongside wearing his hat as a Chef Consultant, his expertise lies in restaurant concept creation, menu designing & planning, kitchen & bar design with all the technical drawings, kitchen procurement, manpower training and development, financial and property management and brand marketing.

Raisin the roof

​​Chef Sharma highly believes in creating extraordinary verticals in the Food & Beverage industry through his learnings, expertise, and experience. Although, this charismatic life that he has built was not a cakewalk for him. He always had an undying fervor for the food industry, but at the time he started out, this career didn't offer as much scope as it does now. As he embarked on this journey, he had his doubts about the uncertainty of his career, and along with all this, his family was worried about him not choosing a more sustainable career. Though after all his struggles and fights, everything seems to fall into place, the voyage he started all those years back still continues to be and he is eager to move one step at a time and conquer a lot more in the coming years.
